Text Box: Special Happenings Wilma Crawford passed away on Feb. 7th. Pastor Wells officiated at the funeral held at the Mt. Olivet Funeral Home in Fort Worth on February 12th. Let us keep her husband, John, and the Crawford family in our prayers at this time. We want to welcome Sarah Amberson as a new member! She joined Round Grove during Worship on Feb. 24th! Sarah is a student at UNT and the daughter of Marc and Rosa Amberson! Welcome! Congratulations to Tim and Amanda Belcher on the birth of their son, Tanner Belcher, on February 6th! Tanner is the grandson of Judy and Brian Belcher, great-nephew of Beverly Edwards and great-grandson of Harold Compton! May God bless him and his family! The Lewisville Bennigan’s will give a 20% discount for each ticket when a Bulletin from Round Grove United Church is presented on a Sunday. The Lewisville El Chico will give a 20% discount for each ticket when a Bulletin from Round Grove United Church is presented on a Sunday. The Lewisville Cotton Patch Cafe will give a 10% discount for each ticket when a Bulletin from Round Grove United Church is presented on a Sunday. The Lewisville It’s Greek to Me restaurant is offering a 20% discount to members and friends of Round Grove United Church. The Round Grove Shelf at the Christian Community Action Food Pantry in March is being sponsored by Teresa Morrow, Marc Amberson, the Women’s Fellowship and the Romeos. There is still one $20 slot remaining. The 2007 Giving Statements are on the table in the Narthex. Please pick up your Box of Offering Envelopes for 2008 from the table in the Narthex and check your name of the list when you pick up your envelopes. Calendars for 2008 to provide Flowers, Bulletins, Newsletters and the CCA Pantry Shelf are on the table in the Narthex. Flowers are $18 and are obtained by the church. The Flowers can be taken home after Worship. All dates to provide at least one arrangement of Flowers are available except Mar. 23rd; June 15th; July 20th; Aug 10th & 17th; and Nov. 30th through Dec. 21st. Worship Bulletins are $6.50 per Sunday. All dates to provide Bulletins are available except Mar. 9th; Apr. 13th; May 4th & 18th; June 8th & 29th; July 13th & 20th; Aug 10th; and Dec. 28th. The Newsletters are $60. All months are available. There are 5 slots per month for the CCA Pantry Shelf. Each slot is $20. Most slots are still available in all months. Jennifer Wells Clay will give a 15% discount to church members who enroll in her Music Steps early childhood music classes. She is renting the Choir Room on an hourly basis for these classes.
