Text Box: Special Happenings Eliana Lamar Muro was born to Joel and Lamar Muro on Aug. 22nd! She weighed 7 lbs. and was 18 1/2 inches in length. Let us keep Lamar in our prayers for a speedy recovery from delivery and for Eliana, who was hospitalized shortly after birth. Congratulations to the family! Let us keep Ruth Combs, Dorothy Todd and Glenn Sommer in our prayers to have speedy recoveries from their recent hospitalizations. The Lewisville Bennigan’s will give a 20% discount for each ticket when a Bulletin from Round Grove United Church is presented on a Sunday. The Lewisville El Chico will give a 20% discount for each ticket when a Bulletin from Round Grove United Church is presented on a Sunday. The Lewisville Cotton Patch Cafe will give a 10% discount for each ticket when a Bulletin from Round Grove United Church is presented on a Sunday. The Lewisville It’s Greek to Me restaurant is offering a 20% discount to members and friends of Round Grove United Church. Royal Storage Center at Business 121 and Main Street in Lewisville is giving Christian Community Action 50% of their storage fee when an annual contract is signed through 2007. The Round Grove Shelf at the Christian Community Action Food Pantry in October is being sponsored by the Men’s Fellowship, the Women’s Fellowship, the Belcher family in memory of Viola Compton, and Teresa Morrow & Dee Shuttlesworth. Calendars to provide Flowers, Bulletins, Newsletters and the CCA Pantry Shelf are on the table in the Narthex. Flowers are $18 and are obtained by the church. At least one arrangement is available on all Sundays except Oct. 21st; Nov. 4th; and Dec. 2nd - Dec. 24th. The Flowers can be taken home after Worship. Worship Bulletins are $6.50 per Sunday and all dates are available except Nov. 25th; and Dec. 2nd, 23rd & 30th. The Newsletters are $60. All months are available except the Christmas Newsletter. There are at least 2 slots available in November and December for the CCA Pantry Shelf at $20 per slot. Jennifer Wells Clay will give a 15% discount to church members who enroll in her Music Steps early childhood music classes. She is renting the Choir Room on an hourly basis for these classes.
