Text Box: We are in those hot, hazy, and lazy days of summer. There is great difficulty in the economy and many people are suffering. Last Sunday Margaret and I were walking in a nearby mall for exercise. The mall was very crowded and we discussed why everyone was there. Maybe the economy had bottomed out? Or could it be that the heat all week had kept Text Box: everyone inside with air conditioning and cabin fever had set in? Was everyone tired of staying home and out looking for something? There are few new TV shows. Children and youth have enjoyed being out of school but now what? If you or your family or your friends are looking for something of value, then I hope you will consider some of the following possibilities.
Especially during July, Worship will include special music and a focus on how our faith relationship with God is important for our

Text Box: lives. Camp Round Grove, our “Mini” VBS, on Saturday, July 18th, will provide a great opportunity. We will be mailing out postcard invitations to about 5,000 households to invite them to share in our “Mini” VBS, our Family Summer Sunday School, and our Sunday Worship Celebrations. Now is a good time to invite your family, friends, neighbors, and co-workers to finding something important by joining you in our Worship and summer events! - Pastor Wells
