Text Box: Youth in Action: The Youth in Action will meet at 8:55 a.m. on Sunday, April 6th, to go to the Greek Orthodox Church in Dallas for Worship and a tour. Afterwards, they will go to Opa’s for lunch and arrive back at church by 1:30 p.m. They will also meet on Saturday, Apr. 19th, to work on the Youth Garden. Please contact Youth Minister, Rev. Barry Johnston for more information about the April Youth in Action event. For any Youth ages 13-18 who are interested in attending the National Youth Event at the University of Tennessee in Knoxville from July 24th-28th, please contact Pastor Wells or go to www.ucc.org for more information. Junior Youth: Jane Keil will sponsor the Jr. Youth event in April. Please keep an eye out on your mail or email for the date and information. This group is open to all students in the 3rd-6th grades. Parents of this group who would like to host an event should contact Mary Quick. Camp Sunday: Pam Olson will make a slide presentation during Worship on Sunday, April 6th, about Summer Church Camps. There will be bulletin board information and other visuals. Everyone who has attended summer church camp is invited to wear their camp T-shirts! Summer Camp: Information about Slumber Falls summer camps and retreats and Church Camp at Master’s Workshop is on the table in the Narthex. Slumber Falls is offering diverse camps to celebrate its 50th Anniversary. There is a program for everyone! Pam Olson, member of the Camp Council for Slumber Falls, can answer many of your questions.
