Text Box: Annual Congregational Meeting The Annual Congregational Meeting was held after the Monthly Fellowship Meal on Sunday, January 27th. The Annual Reports and the Proposed Budget of $262,374 were approved. The Bylaw Amendment change the Trustees proposed was also approved. In the Bylaws under Part II, Paragraph #6, the original text read (in regards to the Trustees): “They may spend $1,000 over a Budgeted amount without congregational approval.” This was changed to state: “They may spend $5,000 over a Budgeted amount without congregational approval.” Those persons elected to the church boards and leadership are as follows: President of the Congregation, Rod Morehead; Secretary of the Congregation, Jane Leenerts; Board of Trustees, Laura Martinez, Cheryl Nordhem and Karen Goebel; Board of Deacons, Homer Terry and George Keil; CE Board, Yvonne Warren, Carol Howell, Emily Leenerts, Susan Wilkins and Pam Olson; Music Board, Beverly Ihnfeldt and Bob Kiontke; Cemetery Board, Bob Todd, Donna Johnson and Randy Leenerts, NTA Delegates and Alternates, Ben Torres (D), Betty Zimmerman (D), George Keil (A) and Anne Smith (A).
