Text Box: Annual Congregational Meeting and Fellowship Meal The Annual Congregational Meeting will be held after the 10:30 a.m. Worship Service and the Covered-Dish Carry-in Fellowship Meal on Sunday, January 27th. Please bring two or more dishes of food to share for the meal or sign up and make a donation to have the church obtain food for your contribution to the meal. The Annual meeting will include the acceptance of the Annual Reports, the election of church leaders, the reports of the Vice-President of the Congregation, the Pastor and various church boards and the approval of the 2008 Budget of a little over $262,000. The Trustees are proposing an amendment to the Bylaws. At present the Bylaws state (in regards to the Trustees) under Part II, Paragraph #6: “They may spend $1,000 over a Budgeted amount without congregational approval.” The proposed amendment is: “They may spend $5,000 over a Budgeted amount without congregational approval.” We look forward to seeing you and sharing together in the Meal, Annual Meeting and Fellowship!
