FELLOWSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

                                        October will have many opportunities to join

                                  with other members and friends for Fellowship!

                                  Adults are encouraged to attend the dinner at

                                  Red Hot & Blue in Flower Mound at 5:30 p.m.

                                  on Sunday, Oct. 7th.  Many folks will be

                                  attending the Dallas World Aquarium

                                  on Saturday, Oct. 13th at 10 a.m.  Those

                                  going to the aquarium can join in with

other members and friends at the All Church Picnic & Slumber Falls Family Camp Reunion at 11:30 a.m. on Oct. 13th.  Cosmopolitan UCC members and friends will be invited to attend the picnic to be held at Mary Heads Carter Park on Kelly Blvd. in Carrollton.  Please contact Mary Quick for picnic information.  We will share in the delicious Monthly Brunch after Worship on Oct. 14th.  The Women’s Fellowship will have the 3rd Annual Hot Dog

Hoe-Down/Chili Cook-Off on Saturday, Oct. 20th from 5-8 p.m.  Dinner will be served from 5-6:30 p.m. with games, family fun, chili contest, and a Silent Auction.  The Youth in Action and Jr. Youth will meet on Sunday, Oct. 21st.  The Junior Youth will go to Young Chef’s Academy after Worship.  The Youth will Meet in the Youth Room at 5 p.m.  Members and Friends are encouraged to bring 2 or more dishes to share for the Monthly Covered-Dish Carry-In Meal after Worship on         Oct. 28th or fill out the form in the bulletin for the church to purchase food.  As always, our Honored Guests are not expected to pay or bring food.  Everyone is encouraged and invited to attend any and all of these Fellowship Opportunities!
