Text Box: Monthly Fellowship Meal
On Rally Day Sunday, August 24th, we will once again
share in our Covered-Dish Carry-in Monthly Fellowship
Meal after the Worship Service! Members are asked to
bring two or more dishes of food to share. If you would
like the church to purchase food for you instead of bringing food, please fill out a green Pew Card and place it in the offering plate or contact the Church office. As always, our friends and guests are not expected to donate food or money. Everyone is Welcome and Invited to Share in our Monthly Fellowship Meal!

SCRUBS PROJECT: Look for an article in the Dallas Morning

News, (Lewisville, Carrollton, and Denton) about our church and the scrubs project.  Thanks Donna J. for getting the word out about RGUCC and our project!  (This article can be found via http://www.neighborsgo.com/stories/18439)

KIDS EAT FREE:  We are currently putting together 220 lunches a week totaling over 1000 lunches for hungry children in the Lewisville Area.  KEF is in desperate need for SMALL RED APPLES.  Pick up a bag and feed a child a nutritious snack this summer.  Please place the bags of apples in the kitchen on the table.

We want to give much KUDOS to Frito Lay for donating 72 cases of Chips for KEF and to Dee Shuttlesworth working her connections at Frito Lay, along with Bud Keil and Harold Compton making the double trip to pick up the chips for RGUCC/KEF.

Thanks to all who have helped make a sandwich, stuff a bag, and deliver and hand out the lunches.  And most of all, KEF would not have happen with out the endless work of Shane and Phyllis Murphy!  Thank You!
